Return Policy

Below is our Return Policy:
  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days from date of delivery.
  • We only accept returns for unused items in original condition. Unfortunately, if your item has been used, we cannot accept it as a return.
  • Items must be returned with all original packaging and include accessories (if applicable).
  • Once initiated, all returns must be shipped back to us within 7 days from the date you receive your return label. 
  • Products being returned must have a valid return authorization. Please contact  customer support at support@roseandrosin.com to receive a return authorization before sending your product back to us.
  • We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange on a return if it does not meet with our returns policy.
  • Once received back in our warehouse we will process your refund according to our Refund Policy.
  • We will refund you using the same method you used to pay for your order. 
  • The return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund amount.
  • Your refund will be processed within 5 business days after we receive your returned item.
