Return Policy

RETURN POLICY:

Please ensure all shipping details are accurate when placing your order. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the following conditions apply:

  • Return Shipment Costs: Customers will be responsible for all return shipping charges.
  • Handling Fee: A $5 handling fee will be applied to returned orders.
  • Reshipping: If you wish to have the order reshipped, you will need to pay for a new shipping label in addition to the return shipping and handling fees.
  • Refund Option: If you prefer store credit, the return shipping charges and $5 handling fee will still apply and be deducted from the store credit amount.
Rose & Rosin accepts returns up to 7 days following the receipt of goods for Exchange or Store Credit only. Second Chance and Clearance items are all final sale.  
All shipping charges for returned items are at the expense of the client and store credit or exchange will only be extended once the item(s) have been received and inspected by our team. 
All items must be unused and in new condition in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and sent back to the customer. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If your item has been used or does not follow our Return Policy we cannot process the Exchange or Store Credit. Clearance and Second Chance items are final sale.

Please note our Artisan products are truly one-of-a-kind, and will differ slightly from product photos as they are handmade. If you have any questions, do not hesitate to contact us at support@roseandrosin.com


 

Issue With Order

If there’s a problem with your order, such as a product being defective or the wrong product being sent to you, please let us know, we’ll be happy to send a replacement product or part at no additional cost to you. Please contact customer support within 24 hours from date of delivery at support@roseandrosin.com along with a photo of your product to initiate your exchange. Exchanges are subject to  the below circumstances: 

  • The product is defective and does not function correctly; please provide photos.
  • The product was damaged when you received it; please provide photos.
  • The wrong product was sent to you; please provide photos.
  • You changed your mind or are not 100% happy with your order.
      • If you are exchanging an item for this reason, it must be returned exactly as received. You will be responsible for all shipping costs incurred to deliver and return the item.  If the product returns broken as a result of improper packing then you will be charged in full.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
